As soon as I saw that papercrane form I needed to draw it in my art style XD

It took a lot less time than I thought it would tho

I thought id send the final sketch of this to you, before its cleaned up, shaded, ect. If i got any details wrong plz tell me! Im always open for criticism

Here you go, I’ve been dying to finish this one ! This is Crane’s blaster form! It won’t really shown in the comic, but I was really impatient to get this reference done !

About Blaster!Crane

The Basic:

- Once Paper Crane take this form any connection to a verse is cut making him reliant to the magic he absorbed so far.

- This form happen only when his very existence is threatened OR if Crane trigger it himself to defend people he care about.

- His inner ‘magic’ is made of void, in other term, his tongue and inner bones is pure black.

- His right pupil shown until he revert back. 

- In this form Crane is far bigger and mostly move on all four, but he can walk as well.

His powers:

- Blaster Beam: Crane jaw divide to concentrate a large amount of magic he can use to cause lethal damage and burn everything that enter to it’s contact by using the reserve he accumulated through times from the world he consumed.

His personality:

- This form is rather feral and rely on instinct rather then reason, making it hard for him to tell who’s a friend or a foe. Trying to stop him from hurting a potential menace would make this individual a simple obstacle that this one need to get rid of to reach his target.

pfff I’m in fire today, so... uhm... he’s some concept art for Crane’s blaster form. I never did a full body of him so... here it is. Crane’s body structure is shaped in a way that allow him to walk as a bipedal and run as a quadrupedal His tail is prehensil and snake like while the rest of his body kept amost the same proportion.

Remember when I said that Paper Crane wasn’t a character that you should trust ? And that this tol bean is kinda dangerous ? You might have seen a drawing or two of this design on my tumblr... So uhm... here it is. Blaster!Crane form.

In that form Crane act rather feral and berserk which is actually a self-defense mechanism. As he doesn’t have any form of magic attack that he can use to defend himself, paper crane use the magic he stoked in his spark of determination to regurgitate it in form of pure light beam just like a gaster blaster.

So uhm... yeah... leaving this here, might turn this into a proper drawing because I love that quick sketch.
