i kind of screwed up my process for mu’s icons so i’m just putting THIS here to remind myself. yeah these are usually all the layers and stuff i use. this is adapted from funkadactyl’s process for their icons, who is immeasurably more talented than me
if anyone wants an elaboration of my process, i can write up a more detailed tutorial instead of, uh, this
i’ll be taking a break (uh, hopefully much shorter this time) before working on another character but i am still open to requests!

i recently got a new laptop with a higher resolution and lcd screen and everything is not only HUGE but it also BRIGHT and oh my god my naoto icons are the color of mustard. i’m so sorry that you had to see that, everyone
