Interesting thing about the Blue Knight is that, canonically, he was handsome.
Well... as handsome as an anime character from the 1960s can get.
Which implies BRAU/BLAU could have been a hottie before getting all messed-up and left to rot with a spear shoved into their chest.
I've mentioned before but what we're looking at is probably his internal skeleton rather than what he actually looked like when they built him.
