Good morning world, let’s do this…
Tripeo - Anipintiros 7 (Blawan remix)
lets start 2015.!
::NEW:: Depeche Mode - Heaven (Blawan Dub)
Blawan's original remix of Depeche Mode's new single was a touch heavy on the vocals for my liking - thankfully the dub version isn't.
Out Monday, preview the rest of the 12" via Juno.
Barker & Baumecker- Crows (Blawan Remix)
I just got the "Remixes" vinyl from Barker& Baumecker today, which features four tracks from their album remixed, and I like them all, but the Blawan remix is definetly the smashiest. It had me at the first listen, because it's so powerful. Blawan twisted it in his analogue, hard, rough (=own) style and you clearly hear that it's him, the same producer at work as in "Why They Hide Their Bodies Under My Garage". He also added a lot more of bass (my room was trembling), yet you can still distinguish the elements of the original. Out comes dark, infernal energy, concentrated into six minutes.
Radiohead - Bloom (Blawan Remix)

Radiohead - Bloom (Blawan RMX)
Blawan, Altrice and Brokenchord line up to remix tracks from The King oF Limbs LP. A-side, Brokenchord gives a sloshy, downbeat and electronic HipHop mix of Give Up The Ghost, and Altrice a detailed overhaul of Tkol, while B-side Blawan turns Bloom into a rigid, monotonic techno roller with thick, viscous layers of drone. Solid.
