I just had to draw it! Delilah couldn't get Main Toons off of her until they bonded with their Handlers, and then the Handlers couldn't get the Toons off of them neither but it's their job to be around them, so...

i can just imagine that the mains would just be clawing at the door (except vee, and maybe Astro), and once Delilah just lets them into her room they're just laying on top of her like very clingy cats (they will not cuddle with each other, they have to have a human body with them at all times ← platonic only)

YES!!!! ABSOLUTELY!! I imagine each Main would have a different pattern how they announce their presence to enter Delilah's room. Vee would just walk in without invitation if the door is unlocked; Astro shuffles his feet against the carpet; Sprout, Shelly and Pebble claw at the door; Bassie drums her fingers against the wood; Gourdy reaches his paws under the door like a kitten; Dandy and Bobette are the most normal ones out of bunch, they both knock but the first uses his fist and the latter uses the back of her foot.

How did sprout react to Cosmo being created? Was Cosmo shy at first (clinging to Delilah) or did they click immediately

There was an official storyboard that portrayed the first time they met buuut... I don't consider them canon! It's a storyboard for a cartoon after all, it could've been entirely different in real life

I wanted to show here just how differently the founders treat the Toons. Arthur uses a more friendly approach, and Delilah tries to keep everything professional and sterile. The only reason Delilah carried Cosmo is because it was a faster way to get from her office to the lobby, than letting him follow her with his tiny steps. She wouldn't do it normally. It was only for efficiency.

They were both shy at first but I feel like if Delilah was able to create the Toons with their exact personalities as Arthur described them, then I feel like there could be some memories of a potential friend Sprout should've had. And when he finally met him, they clicked like two puzzle pieces.

What does your rodger design look like? Also, rodger thoughts/headcanons? Rodger? Rodger

I've drawn Rodger before during Halloween along with Eclipse and him sitting in an Ichor puddle, you can check it out too! As for my thoughts and headcanons! I think he would have a sharp eyesight, because he's a magnifying glass which literally makes you see better when you use it. Why does he use another magnifying glass when he investigates? Well, he is a detective after all! I think it's pretty much tied to his entire character. His handwriting isn't great and sometimes he can't make out what he wrote. He sacrifices pretty looks for speed and efficiency! He has so many thoughts and clues to write down so there's absolutely no time to write it neatly! And making sense out of these scribbles is a Future Rodger problem anyway. Rodger doesn't have a mouth nor a nose so it's safe to assume it's hard for him to breathe, it's similar to asthma. I actually think a lot of Toons had problems with breathing, just like Dandy did in official tape recording. But with Rodger Delilah couldn't really do much, it was pretty much a design flaw. That's why Rodger is slow, he just can't move faster without harming himself. You'd expect someone as Rodger - a dedicated detective who will do anything for the research - to spend nights without sleep and to drink a lot of coffee. But surprisingly, he doesn't! His sleeping is healthy, he doesn't have nightmares and he wakes up feeling refreshed after each night!

I also got another ask about Rodger so it goes here too! I think Delilah noticed his weird blinking/winking so she thought his eye was sore or there was something wrong but... He just does that. It's like he forgets how to blink at all when he tried to wink at someone.

In fact I do! I had only a couple but I went through her dialogues to understand her better and made more headcanons, specifically for you! I know how dedicated Tisha's fans are so I wanted to put more thought in it! I hope it gets better for you! :)

as a sprout fictive, your depiction has been the most affirming ive seen

Oh! I was not familiar with this term until today but I did some research! Every day you learn something new! I'm glad you think so, honestly! I've seen a lot of Sprout depictions and designs from other people, each one very different from the other. And I was worried that my depiction is not very creative, that it's rather mediocre or boring. But your words make me feel better, thank you! :)
