Comparing last June’s thoughts to life now really surprised me yesterday. But as far as the meteorologist on last night’s news knows, we won’t have much sun or warmth this summer. So I suppose it checks out that I was writing about heat and cotton last year while I debated putting the lamb skin into bed last night. Which would’ve been too warm — but only just.
