this was a rlly rlly nice day and i had a nice chat with my doctor! ^_^ i spoke w my grandma for hours too when i got home as well, ive been semi busy w all of this medical stuff lately😅✌🏽 but ya girl is getting it doneeee! im so glad that everyone around me has been noticing my growth, me last year was not in a good headspace and super anxious all the time/dealing with chest pain n now look! so different <3

also despite my lil brother being an adult now (young adult) idk i still see him as a kid n get worried abt him even tho he can handle himself😭😭😭 realizing my younger brothers arent babies anymore #rip

another things is, how validated ive been feeling lately, im always quick to put down my own feelings and get frustrated with myself because thats how i was raised and my grandma said "its not stupid, its how you feel, it isnt stupid." and i needed to hear that n shouldnt call my problems "dumb" or "stupid" my feelings matter! and are VALID! PERIODDD!
