Well crap. He’d been found out.
Daisuke poked his head into the room, the rest of him following as he sheepishly ran a hand through his hair. “I-It’s a Valentine’s gift, Hiwatari-kun.”
The Tamer empathized with the detective-- knowing that his life had to be so difficult, that keeping Krad under control was causing him pain. Nevermind what else was hurting him...
Daisuke wanted to give him something to be happy about. Something to make him smile. Hiwatari had such a nice smile when he let himself relax. Honestly when the male made expressions like that, Daisuke could see how the girls in the class were crazy for him.
“It know it’s supposed to be girls who give chocolates-- but I like to give them out too. I didn’t know what kind you liked-- so I made a bunch.” He walked into the classroom more, moving toward Hiwatari’s desk. He paused for a moment to set down his own bag at his desk before turning his attention back to his friend.
“You’re my friend, Hiwatari-kun. I care about you.... a lot.”

“Just end him, Satoshi-sama. That’s all you need to do. Kill the Tamer and Dark will perish alongside him. Then we can be together forever.”

“But if someone’s being vulnerable like that-- shouldn’t you take it into consideration? Being callous only makes their heart hurt more, Hiwatari.” He sighed, the girls had long since left-- but his poor misguided companion had a long way to go before he could learn how to talk to them. Daisuke put a hand on the taller male’s shoulder, offering an understanding smile.
“You just need practice-- talking to girls can be a challenge and you’re really popular with them.” Daisuke had his own small share of admirers-- being the Phantom Thief brought out his confidence. Others had taken notice. But the one or two underclassmen who found him appealing was nothing compared to the probable dozens of girls with a thing for Hiwatari.
“You’re really pretty-- and you’ll probably have to get used to rejecting girls. So it would be way easier and more uh-- efficient if you learned the best way how.” Hiwatari respected efficiency-- right? He was an intelligent guy. Maybe Daisuke just needed to speak his language.
“You’d minimize losses too-- cuz uhm-- the girls wouldn’t run off crying, or make a scene. Plus some people are into being rejected right? That can attract the wrong sort of crowd.”

detailed headcanon prompts ;;
☾ : On a sleepless night, what would they be found doing?
Practicing dancing. Training her magic. Baking. Watching princess movies back to back. Reading. Writing really bad poetry ( rarely ). Drafting text messages to people who don’t even own phones.
♡ : Is there a certain scent that brings about nostalgia? If so, describe a memory this scent brings back.
Sandalwood. It’s not a specific memory, but Laguna always smelled of spearmint and sandalwood -- it’s almost a shocking sensation when she smells it, practically physical, and the memories become basically unshakeable for the rest of the day.
εжз : What about nature do they find calming? What about nature do they find disagreeable?
She finds both the silence and the noise of nature very calming in different ways. The silence is great because it lets her go through her thoughts, or just zen out in a sort of meditative state and just not think. The noise -- birdsong, animal chatter, wind through leaves, water on the shore -- is calming in the way that the world keeps turning regardless of what she’s going through; sort of “life goes on.” It makes her feel like her problems aren’t really that significant, and she can calm down about what’s stressing her out -- it’s literally not the end of the world.
There’s not much about nature that she finds disagreeable. Maybe natural disasters, in the way that they hurt people, end lives, etc. She also sees them as a natural and necessary part of the world, so it’s a bit of a conflicted feeling, but she wishes they didn’t have to happen.
