Laid in bed with a headache

doing school work (sick or not I’m super behind)

slow down i havent even looked at the quizlets yet

i am still in the process of making said quizlets

i have a stomach ache and i havent eaten anything substantial all day (my period is gonna start soon but its mostly the "i didnt eat today" part)

i didnt get shit done today but as the pressure and the time deadlines keep mounting ill be speedrunning shit in no time

how do i always do the same thing every night when i feel bad like. i know that i probably feel like shit because im tired and dont have much to do besides overthink everything but im also like "lol what if i just. didnt sleep and felt horrible for hours instead" every fucking time? like how have i not learned by now x3

I've been doing fairly well with keeping to the things I need to get done outside of work, even with the heat, mostly by lying in bed while doing them

but I looked at my to-do list and my brain went nooooo

at least my lower body hurts less now I put all the braces on, so I'm again very thankful to past me for getting those despite insecurities

I just need to not until it gets cold again
