and oh man when bokuto confessed to akaashi im p sure it would be so straightforward. i can actually see him saying it like an afterthought while they're just together out of the blue and it'd shock the socks out of akaashi. but oh gosh then just imagine akaashi joking (with a straight face mind you) that he'd expected to be confessed to in a grander manner "because it's bokuto-san" without rly clearly saying yes, tho it is a yes. and then damn bokuto would think what he did was some sort of like an offense, like 'yoooooooo akaashi wants a fairytale confession, i shALL GIVE IT TO HIM' then the next day, there's be a tarp hanging from the 2nd/3rd floor of the school building saying "AKAASHI SEIJUURO I LOVE YOU PLS GO OUT WITH ME -ur fave owl" and the school yard would be filled with fucking flower petals or smth cheesy shit like that bc its bokuto and he probably looked at dumb shoujo manga as reference material. and akaashi, despite all his struggle to keep composed, would be red faced the entire time until he sees bokuto in an auditorium or some place with a stage and a mic and bokuto would go on a long fucking spiel about the things he loved about akaashi in front of so many curious passersby. and akaashi would be self-conscious but just be looking at bokuto the whole time thinking "of course.... of course he'd take it srsly........ he doesnt have any shame at all..... im in love with a loudmouthed idiot" so then when bokuto finishes he just asks akaashi out on a date that weekend and akaashi just pulls him off the stage and they hide, akaashi tells him how he was just kidding yesterday and he didnt need to do any of this and how bokuto is such an idiot, and bokuto almost /almost/ feels disheartened but then akaashi tells him the date better be a thousand times less embarrassing than this whole confession bc it's a yes. of course it's always been a yes, and he would've said yes even if bokuto asked him out while inside a trash bin

im stopping now bc its like a fanfic idea w/c i will never write omfg just im shit
