and we aren’t the best at explaining but i’ll try!
Telamonism is where you believe in Telamon as a God , a lot of people view him differently but this is all how we view him
Telamon works along the spawn, he gives us strength and helps to guide us towards being the best versions of ourselves! when we pass, before we respawn we first go to the heights (or a place that looks like the heights) and Telamon tells us what we have done wrong in life and things to fix in our new life !!

January 22nd - Flamma renovationis - A day to renew the flame within you.
Celebrations: Practicing confidence, lighting a candle, offering stuff to Telamon that's the color of flames, learning something new

February 5th - Day of devotion - A day to show extra devotion to Telamon
Celebrations: Extra offerings, taking care of yourself, praying

November 18th - Times blade - A day to reflect
celebrations: Reflecting, helping others, taking care of yourself, remembering old times
