Star Trek: Voyager. Been doing a rewatch with @houseofgeeks. We also did DS:9, I just like Voyager best. It's been a blast.

Those are the four I thought of immediately, though I read a little over 30 books this year and really enjoyed most of them!

5 biggest squee moments of the year (For ye youths who no longer use such awesome terminology, that means the fandom moments that made your heart cry out in overwhelming joy. Can y’all believe that “squee” didn’t quite stand the test of time??)

1 I was listening to the second Shades of Magic book (A Gathering of Shadows) at work and when two of the main characters met up again, I *danced and squeed* with excitement at the moment despite the slightly bemused glances of my coworkers. (A pro to being at your work for 20 years is that everyone already knows how you are. 😂) 2 The day I surpassed my longest fic with my current Shades of Magic Wip

3 Realizing how much I love Rhy Maresh one day. He is a fellow disaster bi <3<3 I must love.

4 Enjoying talking about The Goblin Emperor with two IRL friends who are... not surprised that it's triggered the hyperfixation part of my brain. <3<3<3

5 Nadiya Loreni and the entire solution to Rhy needing an heir in The Fragile Threads of Power being a HEALTHY polycule whatttttt, made me so excited!

19 fandom that made an unexpected comeback

None of them really went away. I suppose in a way, Voyager came back to me. Though my first Voyager Hyperfixation was a very lonely fandom of 1 as bb!Jenn, who didn't have internet yet. And also did not recognize her crush on Captain Janeway at all. I also would not say I'm really active in that fandom in any real way. So, just sort of probably!
