Honestly my prompt with the art was just Maedhros being a moppy bean haunting the coast of Aman and trying out his mother's gift and a newly Reborn Fingon stumbling upon a giant redhead disaster XD I tried to explore what the Blessed Realm would look like like environmentally so its mostly colour schemes that evoke a calm and uncanny feeling. I hope you guys enjoy the fic and art!:D

Blessed Realm

There is little to nothing between heaven and earth that can take down Senju Hashirama. Tobirama has been there with him for almost all of his life and he’s never witnessed something that his brother could not overpower, heal away or simply punch into oblivion.

But Tobirama also knew about the man’s only weakness, perhaps better than anyone else. His gentle heart, his readiness to be kind and good and all sorts of lovable. Fool, he wanted to yell into his barely conscious brother’s face where he is leaned heavily against him, I told you so!

But Hashirama had been adamant. The invitation from the Land of Water had been dangerous to take from the get-go. Madara had thrown a fit about not accompanying him and Tobirama had agreed that this one time, it would have been better to have additional backup, even if it came in the shape of the volatile conglomerate of varying, often contradicting emotions that was Uchiha Madara.

This had been set up to fail from the beginning, and here he was, clinging to his poisoned brother with one arm, the other hand tightly wound into Jiro’s fur. The white wolf summon took large bounds forward, dashing through the mangrove tree, carrying the two Senju brothers with grace and speed.

But the shinobi from the land of Water were hot on their heels and they knew their lands better than Tobirama did. Even if his mother’s clan was from somewhere here, he still was Fire shinobi.

“Tobira!” Riko broke through the bushes, the other white wolf bearing Senju armour. She was faster than her brother Jiro and had stayed back to see how many would follow them. “There’s more now, they keep coming! They’re gaining on us.”

Tobirama grit his teeth.

“Anija!” He bellowed, “Time to wake up!”

Jiro leapt over some bushes and left the forest behind, his paws splashing up water on the wet meadows that interchanged with larger pools and even lakes of water.

Behind them, about thirty shinobi broke out of the bushes, not just the ones that had traitorously hosted him and Hashirama just a few hours ago, but joined by others as well.
