~Cuphead S/I time!~

He's a living cat plushy with witch magic. He often frequents the Devil's casino, setting up a stand outside the doors where he performs palm readings, tarot cards, and other such things. Because of this, he helps people avoid getting their souls taken by the devil a lot, so Devil doesn't like him.

Whenever Devil sees his stand set up, he'll usually send Dice to handle it, so Dice and Blake have a slight 'Tom and Jerry' thing going on (Except these two are also secretly gay for each other.)

I'll put an idea for how he would work in the game under this cut, lol.

If he were in the Cuphead game, he'd be similar to Porkrind, but he could also be battled as a boss.

As a boss, his first phase is basically how he looks in the image, riding his broomstick, with platforms of magic tomes and books, while his cauldron tosses potions and he tosses tarot cards at the player, which can have different effects: (Ten of swords has spinning swords around it, potions can temporarily break platforms, for example). Some potions are parry-able, and he can summon owls, crows, and cats to run across the screen randomly.

His second phase involves him slipping off his broom, dropping into the bubbling cauldron, where he explodes out of it as a monster wearing his plushy fabric like a wolf in sheep's clothing. This monster spits up shooting stars while summoning skeletal hands from the floor and imps. He can also lunge to scratch or bite at the player.

There are only two phases, and the fight is entirely optional, but winning it gives you a permanent extra heart. (When you open back up in his shop, he says: "Wow, you boys gave me one hell of a wallop! I suppose you two earned a little prize for that, so I'll give you a favor." then you get the extra heart.)
