It’s not particularly special at first glance but I’ve just made this banana bread (really, cake) in my temporary new home with no measuring spoons, cups or weights, mixed without a whisk in a fruit bowl, and baked in a squat lasagne dish in temperamental oven. I even forgot to add the walnuts until 5 minutes into baking 🤦♀️ But it looks alright.
