The List of Annoying Things
Annoying Things are - to put it simply - annoying. There's no way around the matter. When you have one of those bad days, Annoying Things just get worse. Just remember when you get peeved, there will come a time when you do something to annoy someone else, and you might not even realize it. So, let's us all commit to not committing the following Annoying Crimes, shall we?
Slow Walkers When you're late for a very important date, Slow Walkers just make you sigh heavily. What's worse is when they group together to create a whole line of Slow Walkers.
Facebook Statuses With The First Letter Of Every Word Capitalized
Maybe this just makes me mad, but I can't stand it when I see this. I mean, there really is no point for you to capitalize the first letter of every word. Even if it were a title of a book, you do not need to capitalize the word 'of.' At least, that's what I was taught.
PeOpLe WhO tYpE lIkE tHiS
Okay, you have no excuse for this one.
Movie Talkers
We all have a friend (or maybe we don't...) that talk throughout movies. I don't know why they like to comment on everything during the movie when you have enough time after the movie to speak. If it's really that important, save your chit-chat for later. Please.
Constant Complainers
Okay, okay. We ALL complain from time to time. It's healthy to let it all out sometimes, right? Well, if you complain constantly, then it gets kind of annoying. These people are also referred to as "Negative Nancy's," they just can't look at the good things in their life. And usually these people don't realize how much they have to be thankful for. I mean, really. Take a minute and compare your life to someone who has absolutely nothing. Now how do you feel? Yeah, that's what I thought.
People who Don't Hold their Fork and Knife Properly
I'm serious, you don't need to stab your steak with your fork like it's about to run away.
Facebook Hashtaggers
I'm sorry, but keep your hash tags on Twitter. You look a little out of place when you add a hash tag to your status... No offence.
"REPOST THIS OR YOU'LL HAVE BAD LUCK" Messages
I've seen this on Facebook a lot recently. These messages serve no purpose in society other than scaring little children (who probably shouldn't have a Facebook profile anyways) who don't know any better. Don't worry kids, I've read a ton of these, and I think I've accumulated about 20 years of 'bad luck.' So far, I'm okay.
People who Say, "Cool story bro." When your Story was Actually Really Cool
I do this a lot when I don't feel like listening to Constant Complainers, and I'm sorry for that, but when someone says it to you, it's like you just wasted a solid five minutes explaining the coolest thing ever, and no one cares. Just remember, those people just missed out on the best story ever, and it's their loss for not caring.
Mispronunciation of Words
In sixth grade, I had a huge debate with several of my close friends on the pronunciation of the word 'milk.' Most of my friends pronounced it like you would the word silk. A friend and I pronounced it almost as if it were spelt 'melk.' I know, we're weird, but it's how we were raised! We had a huge fight over this, and we still talk about it to this day. Honestly, I don't mind if you pronounce a word slightly differently, but if you pronounce schedule without the k sound, then - I won't lie - it annoys me. Trust me though, I know how it feels to be corrected on my pronunciation.
There are obviously a ton more Annoying Things out there in the world, but we don't want to look like Constant Complainers, right? Anyways, I want to know, what really grinds your gears?
