Look I thought for sure I had the good brand of blintzes from the kosher market in the freezer but alas I did not so I had to go to the regular supermarket near my abode as kosher supermarket was long since closed for the day and got Golden brand blintzes

Which are absolutely bar none the worst brand of frozen blintzes but also the most available in regular non trader Joe's, non kosher supermarkets.

They made due but one of them mangled itself in the pan.

I may have to go to the kosher supermarket tomorrow and get good blintzes to redeem this experience while it's still Shavuot. Benefit of diaspora is I get two days instead of one to get things right!
