You are a terrible, horrible, selfish old man. you seek to avoid your own culpability by blaming everything I am on the darkness in the hearts of hylians- always the fault of the hylians. You never considered for a moment that you had faults of your own- you were blind to them. No, I’d say you still are.

I’m unsurprised that you would merely pick up a new “apprentice” after I left you. I’ve learnt of your type, by watching those “dark-hearted” hylians- does it make you happy? Are you glad when you have someone to ignore and nag? I couldn’t care less about that child who carries you around, but I hope for his own sake he knows how to ignore you.

Or, perhaps it would be better if he didn’t. Maybe that’d mean he wouldn’t be such a thorn in my side.

The thing that makes me most angry is how you will be regarded- after all, I’m merely a student gone mad. A disgrace on the old wizened sage’s legacy, but nothing more than a small stain. Given time, it could be washed clean... but I refuse to allow that for you. I will win, oh former master. I will win, and when you’re begging for mercy, I’ll treat you the same way you treated me.

I’ll ignore every word of it.

   ‘ you’re never going to pass the exam like that, ‘ it’s a scoff behind long    dark bangs, a quiet scorn that only had built inside of the soldier as he    watched the young SeeD recruit try to defeat one of the monsters in their    secluded training area. it was... frustrating. even when squall was younger    even he was better than this boy. tidus. what a strange name. whatever.

this place was. . . home. or well, it had reminded him of a place back home. the back alley had been an illegal marketplace to acquire everything and anything taboo. vials of animal blood, dirty magazines, stolen goods, fresh meat. all of it, every single bit of it, was a feral animal’s dreamworld. though granted the majority of it was rather well-kept where he was from. that was only because of the yakuza who ran the districts within the province. 

but now? now it was nothing short of a nightmare. 

claw marks were carved mercilessly into the wooden doors of the surrounding shops. tufts of fur clung to the blood stains along the pavement. herbivore bones could be found sticking out of the dirt, of all and every variety. the moon above was painted red. a deep, sickly color of red, as if it absorbed all that had been spilled on this plane below. 

and all legosi could do was stare at the remnants of such slaughter.

hello! event question here! muses from world a can't see enemies from world b, that much i know, but even if they can't see the enemies, can they still attack and damage them? or do their attacks just cut through nothing?

They can still be attacked and damaged! While your attacks won't harm or affect the environment in the other muses city, the monsters are sort of 'everywhere at once' so to speak, even if they can't always be seen, so they will be hurt by attacks you throw at them from another city.
