#tbt #omg Somewhere between 1990 and ‘92, performing my solo show at #BlndMelons in Pacific Beach, CA (note the tee-shirt, it was for the venue, not the band), with the #Roland #sh101 mobile monophonic #synthsizer that I ran with wirelessly about the venue and even outside - btw, that’s the only keyboard I didn’t give away as newer technology became available. My #soloconcerts are a little different these days lol. But, this same synth may make an appearance with the Wade Preston Band (version 2.0) one of these nights. Blind Melon’s is now called 710 Beach Club and is still owned by the same guy, who was kind enough to give me this photograph.
