Gladly, fellow blob Kallus lover 😉 Firstly, I imagine him getting up to the point where he fills a large room, at the very least. A small warehouse at his largest? Who knows~ He becomes Zeb's full-time job, and Zeb absolutely lives for it. Tending to Kallus, feeding him, crawling over all of his fat. Zeb loves how much Kallus enjoys being large and wants to help him get as big as he can possibly be. Definitely some hose/tube feeding that starts when he gets to a certain size for more efficiency. Kallus is just guzzling down sweet, creamy, fattening substances from a large vat; he can't get enough of it. Kallus has taken several years to get this way, but it's been worth all the growth, and Zeb keeps photos of Kallus being a well-built man all the way to a gigantic blob from their years together. Finally, one of Kallus's favorite features would be how fat his face has gotten. His cheeks have gotten so big that he can barely talk by that point, but it's only another satisfying reminder of how massive he is 😏
