Can you tell us about your other Dorohedoro f/os? What are their personalities like? (candyforthebrain)

hey Adrian!! thank you for the question! i talk the most about 13, kasukabe, and kawajiri so i’ll talk about them!

13 is my other romantic f/o and i think hes great,, but tired. i would describe 13 as pretty laid back, mostly he wants to hang out and get food and stuff like that, and he’s also pretty scared of the sorcerers at least at the beginning. that doesnt mean he’s cowardly or anything like that, tbh humans have right to be scared of them, he just does Not want to deal with them. i also believe that he ends up working at the hospital with dr vaux and kasukabe! 

as for kasukabe and kawajiri, theyre platonic, i just would love to be friends with them. kasukabe is a researcher/professor who studies sorcerers and now works at the hospital downtown in the magic victims ward to study people affected by magic. he’s also pretty laid back, but more in an “anything goes” type of way because he’s very inquisitive and wants to learn about everything all the time. he’s actually around 60 years old (show says 60,manga says 64) but due to a sorcerer he’s been turned to look like a kid. he also has these badass tattoos which i love

lastly is kawajiri! not to give too much away, he’s not introduced as kawajiri, he is introduced as a devil and eventually had his devilhood stripped away. he’s quite friendly but he hasn’t quite gotten used to the fact that he’s no longer a devil as he’s been a devil for ~20 years i believe. he’s sort of a big brother figure for nikaido and i think he’s great :) lastly he’s a sorcerer and he has teleportation/clairvoyance magic! (also i think i said in a post he was 36 but hes actually 32.)

"I have to say, I really love when we used to run into each other on the beach, before we got married. Andrew would come down to fish and I went down there sometimes, so we'd run into each other. We would end up sitting there until it got dark, and he'd sometimes give me things he got out of the ocean. So yeah. Not one moment per se, but it's always nice, being with him."

pecan pie: does your f/o tend to lose things often?

i think that for shin, he doesn’t have a ton of things he needs to keep track of on a regular basis (its just like, his glasses and his mask that are the biggest) BUT he does lose noi, ebisu and fujita a lot. with varying degrees of how often they get lost and what the danger is. noi can take care of herself for example but when ebisu wanders off that’s an issue

lingonberry crepes: does your f/o have a favourite look or outfit of yours? what about for them?

this is a situation where the outfit shows up in the part of the fic i havent finished yet,, but i would say the outfit shin likes on andy the most is his ‘formal’ outfit, which has a bunch of sewing pins and other sharp/spiky things on his shirt and overalls and shin is like “wow. defensive formalwear. i like it.” as for shin,, i like when he’s more casual because he wears a suit and tie all the time, i like seeing his other outfits or even when he has his tie undone or something like that

apple - do you and your f/o cook together? what do you make?

honestly i don’t think that andy is the best cook, but shin is probably pretty okay at it!! and as for what we make, umm i dont know, tbh i think andy would be willing to help with anything shin is making! on the other hand, andy sometimes tries baking, which shin helps with, and gets to lick the spoon :D

this isnt really a gush, its actually a bit sad, i’ve been thinking about this a bit, but shin’s dad was a carpenter and shin would help him before it was discovered he was half sorcerer, but his magic is quite dangerous and destructive and well it just makes me sad that he used to have a life where he could make things and now all his magic can do is destroy things....
