Lego Oxventure - A Fishmas Carol

What starts as a simple return to Tanner's Folly snowballs into a mission for Cthulhu that ends with the guild cooking and eating the fish-people's old god.

The Chuul gives Prudence claws for concern

And a mild case of disembowelment.

And so with Cthulhu firmly re-established as the god of the sea temple worshippers, the guild head forth, shortly to have a bad chair day.

Lego Oxventure Deadlands - S2 Villains

With season two now over, all I can say is what. A. Season. And what a gut-wrenching finale. Marshal Andy also brought his A-game with the villains, who are also all easy to make out of Lego. Enjoy.

Lego Oxventure Deadlands - The Red Hand Gang

So hyped for OX Deadlands season 2. Love everything about the world and characters, and I wonder how Andy will top the Red Hand Gang.

Lego Oxventure - Spell Check

The season one finale plants seeds that would go on to flourish all the way into the last season.

Egbert wakes up minus a kidney

The other Oxventurers, also captured, thankfully retained all their organs.

Breaking free, the guild adopt one of the guards

Although Corazon and Egbert were all too happy to play bad cop-bad cop with him.

A plan goes awry

Beron the dwarf misses his attack, and then Egbert misses his, hitting the dwarf with his own battleaxe.

The signal is given, the battle begins

The first of many skirmishes with arch-nemesis Liliana.

Corazon and Prudence are briefly empowered with magical juice

Corazon The God uses his newfound power to spawn many, many sandwiches.

Liliana will return...

...with Egbert's kidney (hopefully).

And so the first season is concluded. I'll be taking a brief break before embarking on season 2, so that I can have a short rest and plan the next season.

Lego Oxventure - Quiet Riot

At long last we are here, with the guild taking on The Order of Keeping It Down.

Dob gliding on a wave of Corazon's grease

Just out of frame - Corazon and Flannery also gliding on the grease, while the others all stack it.

Merilwen's Meatgrinder

Truly one of the most iconic moments of the Oxventure.

Corazon fillets a man

Disguised as a paladin, no less. For shame Corazon.

Merilwen turns into a bear

Much to the confusion (and, immediately thereafter, panic) of Corazon.

Egbert immolates a bunch of paladins

Makes you wonder if this would be considered... friendly fire.

Merilwen and the gang have conflicting opinions on the Owlbears fate

The Owlbear is based on the Honour Among Thieves depiction because I couldn't accurately replicate the Monster Manual version.

And that's it for the chapter. You will see Flannery in the future I promise, and we will get out of the dark grey castle wall setting that's been so prevalent of late. But unfortunately not before we're done with Plunder Siege next time.

Lego Oxventure - Bad Chair Day

A shorter adventure, but with no less the usual hijinks.

Two enchanted chairs prove formidable foes...

An all round poor combat performance from the guild, Corazon achieved the most successful round by hiding the whole time.

...Until Egbert steps in

After which the guild go on a lengthy wild red herring chase, ending with two members on an outbound boat.

Special Agent Chairazon blows his cover

"Wesley?"

"Aye Captain?"

"Did that chair just say 'chair'?"

A fixing up the tavern montage...

...Is the fastest way to end up knocking on furniture salesmen's doors at 3 in the morning.

Corazon once again has to make a DEX save against the consequences of Egbert's actions

And thus the phrase 'like a bomb in a chair shop' was coined in G'eth

Prudence interrogates Dunnican

Who admits to distributing the cursed chairs, along with abandoning his plan to kill the guild 'in the interests of time'.

Lego Oxventure - Stop! Hammer Time!

The town of Bumble is irreversibly changed after the Oxventures unveil a guild of 60 enchanted skeletons.

Dob summons the skeletons in the crypt

"We...are...Ethelfrith's...chosen."

Prudence takes an instant liking to the skeletons

The Dob Orphanage for Orphans is opened

Problem is, it's a very wet orphanage. And a very red orphanage.

Shortly thereafter, union negotiations get out of hand

The skeletons form up into a giant minotaur-voltron

The Oxventurers prevail however, and the skeletons are returned to the hammer until they are required again.

Quiet Riot is taking a little longer than anticipated (gotta get that Meatgrinder exactly right) so in the meantime please enjoy Barnaby taking another drink while Zillah prepares to take on an emerging demon lord with a candelabra and a shard of mirror.
