Future of this blog
It’s been an age since I was last active here. I’ll spare us the why and cut to the chase:
This blog is unlikely to continue as an MLP AU blog. As much as I love what I’ve built within MLP’s confines, I have drifted away from the franchise and cannot force myself to work on a project I’ve lost my drive for. But I miss the interactivity of an ask blog, and I miss drawing character responses, and this blog has always had that narrower focus that my mod blog does not.
So the questions are thus: Do I repurpose Society Of Night into a non-fandom-specific Vampire Blog? OR Do I leave Society Of Night as an archive and ask that people follow a New Vampire Blog?
Repurposing would leave past content intact, and would expand the cast of available vampires. From only ponies, to my entire 44-strong-and-increasing den of bloodsuckers, furry and human included. Repurposing would also leave it open for me to possibly do more vampony content later if/when that whimsy should catch me.
Archiving and Rebuilding would shut off future pony content entirely. I would not return to pony content until or unless I got the itch for it again. It would also take me back down to square one in terms of y’all who see and enjoy my work.

Poll I guess?
This blog has been so JSE/YouTube centric for a while, and while I definitely still want to have a lot of that content here, my brain is starting to gear toward other things as well.
My question, I guess, is if everyone would be okay or like it if I go ahead and use this blog for different content, or if I should keep this one more on YouTube?
Like the post for keeping it mainly YouTube, comment an emoji or something if it’s cool for me to kind of switch around.
OOC for a moment, I do wonder if it's time to branch out and/or redecorate now that this variant has a name on this site. We've come such a long way in such a short time! Your overwhelming support means a lot.
Good God I gotta write more on Lore Forge while I'm at it. Haha.
Things I'm considering for this blog in the near future:
Just posting snippets even if not tagged, for anyone interested in updates. It also keeps motivation up to have feedback.
Non fiction posts. I started this blog to showcase my writing in all forms, and non fiction real life writing falls under that. They'd be tagged and read more'd for people who aren't interested in them.
Actual Sims content. Also read more'd. Since I constantly make my ocs in Sims, it'd be fun to show them off a bit.
Tl;dr - keeping myself motivated with writing by changing things a bit. Or at least thinking about it.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know that, as you may have noticed from the presence of the last post, this blog isn't dead. It's just that the collages will appear much less frequently, because I simply have a lot of work to do in my personal and professional life. In addition to creating these collages, I also have other hobbies and am active on several other websites. So you know, I wouldn't want to neglect my activity in these areas plus I don't want to force myself to create collages, as this is supposed to be my little hobby. I thought I'd let you know about this, so you don't have to wonder why the gaps between posts are so long. 🤗
