Tumblr: Announces they want to try subscription blogs
You all: TERRIBLE! 0/10! FUCK YOU TUMBLR! ROT IN HELL YOU PIECE OF SHIT WEBSITE
Me: Hey maybe actually give them *productive* feedback so you can get something you actually do want.
You all: Come back to me with very rational, well reasoned responses about the issues with monetization through blog subscription, etc.
Me:....TELL IT TO TUMBLR! That's what they actually need to know. Just say what you said to me to them. They are the ones that need to hear it.
~*~*~*~
Saying "you suck" "fuck you" "don't do this it's a terrible idea" DOES NOT HELP THEM.
Help them help you. Give them useful feedback. That is what will make this better. "Fuck you" will not.
Grow Your Blog Audience Without Spending a Dime!
In this episode, the narrator discusses the benefits of enabling a free subscription feature on blogging platforms for content creators. It encourages audience growth by allowing readers to receive updates on their niche interests, such as technology and content creation. The narrator also invites viewers to use a secure contact form on his website and to subscribe for more digital marketing…
With a subscription to my blog you'll receive a free copy of this Patriotic Masterwork, duplicated on President Trump's personal favorite Michelangelo Elite Black Velvet[TM].
For only $75 shipping and handling you get a work of Art that will soon become a treasured family heirloom and a message to others of your Patriotism and Faith. It's a daily reminder that for such a time as this a Great Prophet has been called and is under the protection of The Lord.
I can already tell the main issue I am going to have with blog subscriptions tab and the old tracked blogs/blog tracker is how much faster it was.
The old format (that I can now only get to in my 'like by' page):
I could glance at it to see who posted things I missed ( I also recently added several on the bottom, I have seen those I just haven't clicked to see them from THERE). The other is a feed like your regular dashboard.
But I miss the tracked blogs in my sidebar, so I'll try it.
Does anyone know if there is an update type blog for xkit rewritten?
I'd love if they added in blog tracking that looks like this.
Oh, and I could put them in there without having to FOLLOW them and turn on notifications.
Allowing email subscriptions to new posts and comments in a blog or website is a way to retain visitors. It enables you to make a previously interested website visitor come back for more. To be a s...
One way to retain visitors and get them back to your webpage again and again is with the help of email subscriptions. When you place subscription boxes into different parts of your pages, visitors will see them and interested ones will enter their email address. What you get is email addresses of visitors that are highly interested in your content. You can send them emails when new content are posted or send them newsletters on a regular basis.
There are different plugins and methods to get email addresses of people that are visiting your website. One way is with the help of Jetpack's Email Subscription module. This module will make it possible so that people who are commenting in your website can check a box so that they are instantly notified of new comments and/or posts. You can also place a subscription box in the side bar for notifying visitors of new posts.
The emailing part is handled by WordPress. I have noticed that whenever new content is posted, subscribers are notified immediately. But know that after inputting their emails, people must confirm their action by clicking on a special link in the email.
