How am I expected to know this when this is first time I've ever encountered so much detail?

 Trace a drop of blood from the left ovarian capillaries to the right brachial capillaries.

Left ovarian caps – left ovarian veins – left renal veins – Inferior Vena Cava – Right atrium – Right ventricle – Pulmonary trunk – Right/Left Pulmonary artery – Right/Left Pulmonary capillaries – Right/Left Pulmonary ventricle – Left atrium – Left ventricle – Aorta – Brachiocephalic artery – Right subclavian artery – Right axillary artery – Right brachial artery – Right brachial capillaries.
