Well, that was unexpected. He was a little startled by it, too.
❝Jerome…? What is this for…?❞
❝It's getting cold out,❞ he mumbled, fixing the knot.

❝It's getting cold out,❞ he mumbled, fixing the knot.
Without warning, Azur outstretches his arms and places a flower crown on Jerome's head. ❝These are hibiscus flowers... I thought they would suit you, eheheh... H-happy birthday, Jerome!❞
Jerome almost ducks away from the ring being dropped onto his head, but he steels himself. It isn't so bad, and he appreciates the gesture more than he knows how to show. Show he does, however, with a careful nod and the twitch of a smile.
"I suppose they do."
I'm all ready to get off hiatus, but only for Marth and Inigo. Would you please extend Stahl's hiatus?

5, 14 and 30.
Cleanliness habits (personal, workspace, etc.)
In his youth, Ephraim was pretty messy and disorganized. However, as king, he forced himself to be more orderly so as to present a good image. His spaces are rarely immaculate, but they're quite tidy and taken care of. Even his most private area, his bedroom, once belonged to his father, so he keeps it up. His old chambers are something of a wreck, still, though.
Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.)
One of Ephraim's legs is permanently scarred by dark magic and still pains him. He also carries a scar on his shoulder from the beginning of the war, plus scars from the claws of the Demon King's body across his torso. Outside these things, he's remarkably hardy in adulthood. When he was young, however, he suffered an intense illness that nearly took his life, helping to prompt some of his father's fears around losing him.
Reaction to sudden intrapersonal disaster (eg close family member suddenly dies)
Ephraim rarely shows negative emotions, but this isn't because he doesn't feel them. Instead, he tends to hide them and pretend as if the event didn't happen. His optimism borders on delusion. In the event that it falls through and things do go badly, Ephraim is very bad at dealing with it. He pours himself into work and other things to forget, but never quite addresses the grief. Despite that, he's known for being exceptional at supporting others through the same events that demolish him.

Dog: Have you ever betrayed a friend?
Betrayed... no, I would not say I have. But I have failed them profoundly. I often wonder if that isn't the same.

In the middle of a field filled with small hills and many unique looking flowers, and herbs there is an ancient tower that looks almost out of place in landscape. The field itself is located inside of a wide valley with a river flowing calmly through it curving past the tower. There are many strange deer-like creatures roaming throughout the field but being careful to stay in a small group to avoid predators.
The tower itself is extremely tall and top can’t be seen through the clouds. It looks as if it was put there as a base that has long been abandoned. Even with all the erosion done to it in the years it has been there it is still holds a very powerful feel to it. It looks as if it will still be standing for many more years to come even with all the gaps on the exterior of it. The stairs leading to the entrance are still there but look like a simple step could cause them to crumble from the weight. The entrance way itself has partially fallen apart but it seems something has moved the broken stone out of the way. Unknown to most people who see this tower as a place to rest during a journey it is home to a very territorial and strong wyvern who claimed the tower as its home. The wyvern is most likely sitting at the top of the tower calmly minding its business.
