This  was  going  to  be  hard,  staying  here  while  Cheryl  was  off  living  her  life  at  college,  but  that  was  okay.  She  would  survive,  she  was  sure.  They  could  make  this  long  distance  thing  work.  “Of  course  you’ll  be  something  I’ll  miss,  the  only  thing  I’ll  miss...but  you’ll  be  back  before  you  know  it  for  some  holiday  and  we’ll  see  each  other  again.”  A  small  smile  tugged  on  her  lips  as  she  took  both  of  Cheryl’s  hands  in  her  own.  “Just  promise  you  won’t  forget  about  me  while  you’re  out  there  living  life  to  the  fullest.”

accepting  / @blossombled​ /   ‘ am i more than you bargained for yet? ’

That  was  a  trick  question,  the  answer  was  a  yes  and  a  no.  Cheryl  Blossom  was  a  mess  of  gorgeous  chaos  and  Toni  wouldn’t  change  her  for  the  world.  A  laugh  escaped  Toni’s  lips  when  she  asked  though.  As  if  she  needed  to  ask.  “Babe,  you’re  always  a  lot  but  I  love  you  and  I  wouldn’t  change  you  for  the  world,  you  know  that,  right?”  She  asked  as  she  moved  to  take  the  other  woman’s  face  in  her  hands.  “You’re  more  than  I  bargained  for,  but  in  the  best  way  possible.  I  love  you,  Cheryl  and  I’m  always  going  to  love  you.”

any   other   year,   maybe   betty   would’ve   agreed.   however,   after   everything   .....     she   just   wasn’t   in   a   festive   mood.     〞   honestly,   cheryl,   don’t   you   think   we’ve   seen   enough   nightmares   this   year?   i’ve   definitely  had   my   fair   share.    〞    a   sigh,   then   she   glances   up   from   her   notebook,   eyeing   the   redhead.     〞   did   you   have   something   in   mind?    〞

ACCEPTING / @blossombled​ /  ‘ what a shame, the poor groom’s bride is a whore. ’

“CHERYL.”  Was  spoken  in  a  half  whisper.  She  couldn’t  say  she  was  too  surprised  to  hear  her  say  such  a  thing  but  right  in  front  of  everyone  where  the  bride’s  family  could  hear  it  was  not  the  look  they  were  going  for.  “You  can’t  just  go  around  saying  that.”  She  motioned  towards  the  family  who  was  sitting  there,  one  of  them  giving  both  of  them  a  look  that  told  Toni  that  they  had  heard  everything  Cheryl  had  said.  “We’re  going  to  get  kicked  out.  I  know  you  don’t  like  Sweet  Pea’s  choice  in  girls  but  --  let's  just  try  to  get  through  this  without  starting  a  cat  fight  out  on  the  dance  floor.”  Toni  admitted  she  didn’t  really  care  for  the  girl  either  but  if  she  made  Sweet  Pea  happy  that  was  all  that  mattered.

They’re sprawled out on the bed they share, everything was silent except the sound of breathing, that was until Cheryl spoke, which caused a smile to appear on her features and for the other woman to sit up. “I’d want nothing else, babe.”She whispered, taking Cheryl’s in her own. “But you have to be my valentine back, you know.”She teased, leaning down to steal a kiss from her.

A spoon is held up to her lips, a bowl of ice cream sat in front of her, with what looked to be maple syrup on top. “Babe, have you ever tried this?”Toni offered, motioning to the bowl with the hand that had just held a spoon. “It’s vanilla ice cream with maple syrup instead of hot fudge or something.” Picking up the spoon again she holds it out to Cheryl, a grin on her face. These were the times that Toni loved the most, just the two of them.
