How to wear a bright lip and make your pout look more plump! First! Exfoliate lips; apply Petroleum jelly or Aquaphor on lips and use either a dry wash cloth or tooth brush and rub off dead skin. (Not in video) STEP 1.) apply your foundation around the lip area. (Already done) and have clean bare lips. STEP 2.) apply concealer on lips make sure to drag a little outside lip lines. STEP 3.) Line outside of lips with bright color, make sure to add a little extra liner on corners to prevent lipstick from bleeding. And this last part is KEY to the plump lips... Do not apply lip liner on very bottom of lips, you'll notice in video I left that bare. by doing so this will give the illusion that the lips are larger. STEP 4.) apply lipstick with a brush helps control how far the lipstick reaches along the lip lines and helps blend with liner. STEP 5.) reapply liner along lip lines and drag a little, towards center of the lips and top. This insures lipstick to stay on longer. STEP 6.) last step is optional, if you like the matte look stop here, but if you want to make lips even more plump, add lip gloss on the top and bottom middle of lips. Do not drag out to sides. To assure lipstick does not bleed, add your favorite powder along the outside rim of lips and blend out (not in video) ********** Now you are ready to show those easy amazing lips that will give a glamorous and kissable look!
