We’ve gotten through Week 6. I now weigh 222.6 pounds, which is an increase of 4.4 pounds from last week, and a total of 47.2 pounds in 6 weeks. So the gain isn’t quite as drastic as normal but still a pretty solid gain. I thought I might completely plateau this week the way the first few days were looking but I ramped it up the back half of the week. Also I broke my phone a couple days ago so I am currently using an old phone to take this week’s pics so unfortunately, the quality isn’t going to be as good.
I’m only 2.8 pounds from my goal weight (these weigh ins are first thing in the morning on an empty stomach too). Let’s see if I can make it this week! I am definitely feeling and looking a lot bigger lately.
