thinking about writing a fic which takes place directly after chance gets stabbed by itrapped, but forsaken doesnt happen so he just gets lucky and lives. and like. builder brothers pizza happens to be nearby or something and so he regularly goes there during recovery and then he bonds with elliot and it ends up becoming healing paycheck… where like elliot learns to let himself be taken care of and to take a break, and chance learns to let himself be loved.
