Devilled BLT Beef Egg Sliders - Easy Appetizer
These Crispy Salmon BLT Sliders with Chipotle Mayo are a delightful twist on the classic BLT sandwich, featuring crispy baked salmon fillets, smoky bacon, fresh tomatoes, and crunchy lettuce, all sandwiched between soft slider buns spread with a zesty chipotle mayo.
Ingredients: 8 small salmon fillets. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 8 slider buns. 8 slices cooked bacon. 8 slices tomato. 2 cups shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced. 1 tablespoon lime juice.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Coat each fillet with Panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is crispy and cooked through. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, and lime juice to make chipotle mayo. Spread chipotle mayo on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with a piece of crispy salmon, bacon, tomato slices, and shredded lettuce. Close sliders with the top half of the buns. Serve and enjoy!
