These Fried Shrimp Po'boy Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic Po'boy sandwich, featuring crispy fried shrimp nestled in a toasted slider bun with refreshing lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a zesty remoulade sauce. They're perfect for parties or as a fun and delicious meal!
Ingredients: 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cup buttermilk. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying. Slider buns, split and toasted. Shredded lettuce. Sliced tomatoes. Remoulade sauce.
Instructions: Set shrimp in a bowl with buttermilk and let them sit there for 30 minutes. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to another bowl and mix them together. Shake off the extra buttermilk from the shrimp and then coat them in the flour mixture. Put the vegetable oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. About two to three minutes on each side, fry the shrimp until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Take the shrimp out of the pan and put them on paper towels to drain. Put remoulade sauce on slider buns that have been toasted. On each bun, put shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and fried shrimp. Serve right away and enjoy!
