Thanks to a weird Bullet Bill glitch in World 8-2 that skipped the post-flagpole animation, Blubbler just beat the world record for best Super Mario Bros. time ever: under 5 minutes. No TAS. I admire the dedication to retro gaming, the insane obsessiveness, and the glitch itself.
