There were a lot of new residents and interns coming into Forks' Hospital as of late, which Carlisle always saw as a good thing. He loved the fact that younger generations still had a thirst for knowledge when it came to medicine and healthcare. A lot of them were very bright and had genuinely successful futures ahead of them. Olivia was one of those future doctors that Carlisle knew would do a great deal of good in the medical community. From the moment they met one another, Carlisle could see her potential and he made it his job to make sure that she had everything she needed in order to advance and grow at the hospital. He wasn't sure if she was planning on staying there after her residency, but if she needed any kind of letter of recommendation, he wouldn't hesitate to give it to her. "Olivia," he greeted kindly as he approached her near the nurses' station, leaning against the counter. "Is everything going alright this evening? Your shift hasn't been too hard on you, has it?"
