Goddess is NEVER beating the allegations
I never really share my Ward fanfiction ideas, but how fucking funny would it be if I swapped Goddess and Lord Ruler between their universes.
Lord Ruler just appears in the middle of a lunch date with Amy Dallon.
Goddess finds herself trapped in the oldest man cave of all time, with Inquisitors looking at her
I find it very interesting that Goddess’s excuse for not joining the Wardens is so simple as, “they’d want me to depower myself even more”
It makes complete sense of course, a master hated to lose control isn’t very surprising after all, but the fact that it’s really her only reason is what gets my noodle brain turning.
She doesn’t seem opposed to the Wardens on any other ideological level. She doesn’t even seem opposed to them in terms of feeling that the hero and villain dynamic is alien to her (she’s been ruling a cape dominant society for close to a decade, heroes and villains have long been not important)
She seems to have taken everything in stride, except that they would want her to not be as strong as she is currently(which means hiding her cluster members away). Or to at least stop trying to recruit creeps like Amy and Monokeros with the promises of giving them victims.
What was life like under her rule, ideology wise? Did she even care for anything beyond having people with powers serve her?
As much as I disagree with you on the subject of John Wildbow, I have to say that your ability to stan a girlboss with questionable judgement and moral character makes you a fully qualified member of the parahumans fandom.
