I still don't fully know how to use Tumblr, and for that I apologize!

Due to the more archieve-like nature of my blog, I have a tendency to comment on entries above reblogging, but I do realize reblogging and adding commentary is more effective in practicity ^^ so, I'll get around to do more of that! afer all, I can always do both things ^^

As a mild update, I've been slowly but surely working in art and fics. I especially hope to release at least a full painting plus a couple smaller, side doodles/quickies for FFIV 34th anni, and I've also signed as an artist for an upcoming OPM zine ^^ not to mention, several wips I have laying around! both drawn and written.

That said, next weekend I'm gonna go on a trip, I should be back around the 17-18th. I'm NOT looking forward to the 1500+ kilometres drive haha, but I won't be the only one behind the steering wheel. I'm also going to a warmer area, up north, the last few days it's been consistently below freezing and it hit -18ºC today... winter up there's milder! (southern hemisphere)

Anyway... a bunch of Metal Bat doodles below, so that the entry isn't pure text! (yes, I truly do love this kid, hahah)

So, Blast has been duking it out with God for twenty years.

Since that moment, he spent years wrestling that wrinkly jackass across the cosmos. Blue, his son, is sixteen.

Blue does not like to talk about Blast.

Sometimes, it REALLY shows.

Anyway, aside from melting everyone with radiation via Garou in the Ominous Future, the meanest thing God has done is fuck up Blue's childhood. It looks like the hunt for God has done nothing for Blast's familial ties.

I suppose it could be going worse. God directly swayed Garou's relationship with Bang at one point, and we know how that went.

Oh! The theory about Blast being future Garou is based more than anything in that the both of them have the same scar in the middle of the face (refering very unlikely that this is just a coincidence, that both characters are practically identical in that without some foreshadowing) and the irony that the one who wanted to become the ultimate monster became the ultimate hero in the future.

But yeah, it has little ground to stand on. Since besides that scar Blast and Garou look NOTHING alike.

Blast has no knowledge of the currents events and has not displayed any knowledge in martial arts.

And Blue has not any traits that would indicate a genetic relationship to Garou; taking in consideration they are 2 years apart from each other currently they should look at least a little alike.

Yup, just another example of how fans can get a little carried away with their theories.

But while we're on the topic of Blue, I'm a little skeptical of that kid. There's definitely a reason that ONE made a point to mention that no one is sure if he's actually related to Blast. He claims to be his son, and yet no one can prove the relation? Now that's a theory worth a look into.
