I’m doing pretty, good thank you! 🥹 I know I’ve been super MIA on tumblr the past month or so, I just started working a full time job and the hours are kicking my ass a bit and i feel like I have no time for anything anymore haha 🥲 but aside from that, I’ve been okay!

Fe, these questions are SO good, I had to think them over for a hot second.

I think I'm already in my dream profession (nursing), but my dream specialty would have to be labor & delivery! Or anything to do with women's health/reproductive healthy/fertility etc. I've always been really interested in birth & stuff, but didn't become truly passionate about it until I had my first job as an LVN in an ob/gyn clinic. It's also something I feel pretty knowledgeable on despite only knowing a small corner of it all. it's a job that I can learn and teach at the same time which is so cool because I love doing both!!

hmmm the first person I thought of was Freddie Mercury, but despite him being such a sweetheart, I would be WAY too intimidated to talk to him. I think if I were to get over that initial intimidation, I think it would be fun just to chat with him.

I unfortunately cannot remember any advice that I've been given, because I usually forget it after a while 🫣 and I'm also someone who struggles with believing what someone tells me especially if it's nice (idk how to explain it). but something I've learned in therapy and something that my therapist reminds me of a lot, is "it's scary, but I'm doing it anyways". basically, being able to power through a lot of the anticipatory anxiety I get and then not being so hard on myself when I tell myself that I didn't need to get that worked up about it & making myself feel bad about it.

my favourite colour is yellow!

my mum's cherry cheesecake. it was so creamy and delicious! i'm really terrible at baking, but i hope that i might be able to replicate it. i can't imagine never having it again.

the most recent trip i took was to toronto for literally 26 hours to see we are scientists in concert. it was SO WORTH IT. they're one of my favourite bands and i hadn't seen them in about 10 years. managed to get right in front of the stage, and got a guitar pick from one of the band members. it was also my first solo trip in a very long time, so it was nice to have that time to myself. although apparently EVERYTHING in toronto is closed on mondays, so i literally spent the time between my flight touching down and checking in at my hotel wandering around aimlessly. the venue that we are scientists played at is the same one atta boy will be playing at in october, so my anxious ass is very glad that i'm familiar with the venue!

i'm so grateful for my family and friends. i know i say it a lot, but the past year has been absolute shit. i'm so glad i have people that care about me in my corner.
