On thing about captain america and the context. Nick Spencer, the one who wrote it, did it entirely for shock value. A"plot twist". He's claiming that Cap was hydra all along and marvel has been building up to it, which is absolute bs and the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. He's also been VERY condescending about it and seems smug about upsetting fans. It's all really disgusting and I can't believe marvel would allow it.

Oh dear. Well. That’s not cool at all.

1. Why did you choose your tumblr url? 

I chose purgatoryfieldtrip while I was going through my intense Supernatural phase, and I was inordinately amused by the idea of the boys taking a field trip to Purgatory, complete with backpacks and God as an elementary school teacher.

2. What is your middle name?  

. . . I don't actually have one. Family tradition, basically.

3. If you could own a fairytale/ fictional pet, what would it be?   

Uhm, a dragon, duh. A peryton would be pretty cool too, I guess.

4. Favorite color(s)?   

Since I spend way too much time in photoshop, I'll just give you a hexadecimal color; 99FFCC (and varying shades). colorhexa.com describes it as a "very light cyan"

5. Favorite song?   

oh god oh goddd uhm probably Uma, by Panama Wedding atm

6. What are your top three fandoms?   

I've recently been pulling away from fandoms in general (due to toxicity and all that), although I do still blog about them, so I can't really give a good answer here. The How to Train Your Dragon fandom on here is absolutely fantastic both in terms of people and content, as is the Tolkien fandom, though, so I guess those count for something?

7. Why do you enjoy tumblr?   

Although it can be an . . . extreme environment (see above answer), it's helped me become so much more socially aware, and it's helped me gain a ton of confidence about myself. It's also nice to not feel weird about being a clusterfuck of sexual and romantic orientations.
