Blueberry granola breakfast popsicles are a tasty treat that have the sweetness of blueberries and the crunch of granola. Perfect for a healthy and cool breakfast or snack on a hot day.
Ingredients: 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 cup coconut yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/2 cup granola.
Instructions: Put blueberries, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, and almond milk in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Fill up each popsicle mold about three quarters of the way to the top with the mixture. Put a little granola into each mold and press it down a bit to make sure it sticks. Popsicle sticks should be put into each mold, and they should be frozen for at least 4 hours, or until they are completely firm. Once the popsicles are frozen, run them under warm water for a few seconds to get them out of the molds. You can eat it right away or put it in the freezer for later.
