This Limoncello Prosecco cocktail is a cool mix of sweet citrus, fizzy Prosecco, and the earthy freshness of blueberries and thyme. Great for drinking on a hot summer day!

Ingredients: 1 oz Limoncello liqueur. 3 oz Prosecco. Handful of fresh blueberries. 1 sprig of fresh thyme.

Instructions: Mix the blueberries and thyme sprig in a cocktail shaker. Put ice in the shaker and add the Limoncello. Make sure to shake it well until it's cold. Pour through a strainer into a cold glass. Add Prosecco on top. Add some extra blueberries and a sprig of thyme as a garnish if you like.
