Class Mojito!
Ingredients:
5 to 2 oz. light rum
Juice from 1 lime (or 1 oz. bottled)
.75 oz. simple syrup
5 to 6 mint leaves
Soda water
Mint sprig or lime wedge
To prepare your classic mojito:
Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a chilled highball glass.
Add simple syrup, lime juice, and rum.
Fill the glass with soda water, and stir.
Garnish with mint sprig or lime wedge (or both!).

Watermelon Frosé!
Ingredients:
▢½ Bottle Rosé wine (½ of a 750mL bottle)
▢4 c frozen watermelon cubes (freeze for at least 3 hours)
▢¼ c Peach Schnapps
▢Juice of half a lime
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.
Blend on high until smooth. Add more wine if it's too thick.
Pour to serve or store in the freezer in a freezer safe container and thaw later. Garnish with extra lime slices.

Hot Honey Grapefruit Soda!
Ingredients:
3 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
¾ oz hot honey syrup
4-6 oz sparkling water
3 raspberries (optional)
Instructions:
Muddle raspberries in a cocktail shaker or mason jar with a screw-on lid. Add the grapefruit juice and hot honey and fill the shaker 3/4 with ice.
Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds. Fine strain the liquid into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with chilled sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice, raspberry, and sprig of mint.
If omitting the raspberries:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour the grapefruit juice and hot honey syrup over the ice.
Stir several times to chill. Top with chilled sparkling water and stir again gently just to combine.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sprig of mint.

Sparkling Watermelon Lychee Cocktail!
Ingredients:
2 cans Smirnoff Spiked Sparkling Seltzer in the Watermelon flavor
3/4 cup lychee juice
6-9 lychee
1 mini watermelon, 3 thin half slices
3 sprigs mint
Instructions:
Slice three thin half slices of watermelon. They should be thin enough to be able to bend the watermelon slice without snapping it. Add the thin slices to glasses, twisting the watermelon slice into the glass.
Pout 1/4 cup of lychee juice into each glass.
Prep your lychee skewers with 2-3 lychees on each skewer - enough to fit across the width of the glass.
Pour 2/3 of a can of Smirnoff Spiked Sparkling Seltzer in the Watermelon flavor into each glass, or until full.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Enjoy!
