Ingredients: 1 oz blue pea flower tea. 1 oz rose syrup. 1 oz Earl Grey tea concentrate. 6 oz steamed milk.

Instructions: First, make Earl Grey tea and blue pea flower tea. Then, let them both cool. Brew the blue pea flower tea and put it in a serving glass. Add the rose syrup and Earl Grey tea concentrate. Make the milk foamy by steaming it. Place the steamed milk on top of the tea mix. Mix slowly by stirring. Enjoy while hot!
