There was a sense of calm, in the woods. Arion found that there almost always was, even with the surroundings of this all feeling rather dreary. The chill of the air was nothing short of unfamiliar, though such a thing had never been off-putting to the young boy; he allowed himself to feel it. Allowed himself to feel everything, fingertips gently running across trees and plants as he walked. It was difficult to tell whether the dream was a bad one, or whether it was good; the only thing he knew for certain was who he was looking for, slowly wandering through the chilly air until he found her.
The light of the fire did more than enough to help with finding the location, Arion stopping as he drew close enough to see her properly. She was huddled, she looked cold; he couldn’t help the small tug at his heartstrings, though he attempted to push the emotion to the side. The small angel had always been a bit too emotional, from the very beginning; he didn’t move to sit down next to the girl, despite having the desire to. He didn’t want to do anything that might come as a shock; the reasoning behind why his voice was so soft and gentle, when he spoke.
“Is there room for two?” There were better ways to make his presence known, perhaps, but nothing direct came to mind. His first time doing this, admittedly, though he felt positive in knowing he was doing his best. “You look cold, if we sit together then it’ll be warmer.”
