It’s been quite a long time since I’ve done a follow forever, and I’ll keep the list short and sweet. I want everyone to know how amazing these people are!! I want to say thank you to everyone that I have a thread with. I’m so entirely humbled knowing that with each thread I make, I also make a friend. You guys make me feel so wonderful, and I love each and every one of you! Please, please look at the people on this list because they’re dear to me ;u;

@jongdayofthedead:                 - NEPSIIIIII! <3 One of two rp partners that I’ve had for 2+ years, we started with my Minseok and her Jongdae, and it has spiraled into a couple dozen muses all in the same universe, with a TON of backstory. I’m so happy I met her, I’m so happy that we talk almost every day! She’s a wonderful writer, and I would heavily suggest checking out her Jongdae muse!! He’s really interesting and Nepsi is just a DOLL. <3

@rosegoldmilktea:                - The other of my two rp partners that I’ve had for 2+ years, rgmt is SO, SO SWEET, and she is an amazing writer. We started with Minseok and Yifan (though I’m not sure if she writes him anymore, and if she does, he’s in a different time), and we became so incredibly dedicated to the thread. I love her so much, and her muses are always well thought out and beautiful. Go check her out, she deserves the love!!

@huntersxhunted:                - Oh, holy hell, what can I say about hh???? She’s SO AWESOME, and we started with Baekhyun and Minseok, but we’ve spread this same universe to include Yixing and Jongin. Not only that, but now even Yoongi and Jihae are talking??? Her writing is really well composed, and her muses have variety from little shits (like Baek) to complete angels (like Yixing), and even to sarcastic, but warm hearts (like Jihae). The fact that she has this much variety in her muses and is flexible with what she can write, I think is her strong suit. HH is such a blessing!

@lxtent:                - Lxtent is so perfect in my eyes. She has the type of writing style that I look up to, that I wouldn’t believe would want to write with me. Every single word is thought out and deliberately put in such a way to where you can feel what Leo feels. The thread between us is Leo and Minseok, and sweet jesus, I screech every single time I see she’s replied to me. I could fangirl over her writing all day if I would be allowed to, but it gets even better that she is literally such a humble, sweet CUTE LIL FAIRY. She enjoys plotting just as much as I do, and becoming her friend has been a highlight of this last year for sure!!

@jeonfox:                - This cute little thing? Her Jimin is so adorable! It doesn’t matter if you’re in the mood for the softest of fluff or the angstiest angst, jeonfox is wonderful at both! I know she has other muses (I also play with her Jungkook), but I especially love her Jimin. She’s someone you should look at, and I am so happy with our story!

@blvexside:                - Yoongi actually got quite attached to bs’ Hoseok very quickly. The way bs writes him, he’s so easy to love and so are they!! I am so happy that I’ve been able to meet them, and I hope that we’re rping for a long time!! Hobi is v interesting (he can hear ghosts, and uses it for his job!) and Yoongi is definitely smitten by this stupid, smiling oaf that he doesn’t really want to step away from. <3

@ohsehunique:                - Hoo boi. osi’s Sehun is SUCH a little shit, and has such a problem with Feelings(tm), but that just makes it so much more of a challenge and therefore so much more fun! Jongin really loves the boy, and Sehun is just so fun to write with. It doesn’t hurt that the mun is just so fucking cool, and incredibly chill. 10/10, would recommend. <3

@fxllxnbx:                -Last, but DEFINITELY not least, fb’s Baekhyun is so cool~~ A tattoo artist (that has a pet bunny!!!) is really cool, and for him and Yoongi to have this love/hate relationship, it’s been a blast writing with them. The mun’s cool asf too, and is awesome at her portrayal of her Baekhyun. It’s just SO well done. <3

I LOVE YOU ALL. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I MET ALL OF YOU AND YOU’RE SO FUCKING AMAZING, EACH AND EVERY ONE. I HOPE THAT WE CONTINUE TO HAVE A LONG FUTURE AHEAD OF US RPING TOGETHER BC DAMN I LOOK FORWARD TO IT EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY. NEVER CHANGE. <3

☆ ~ Starter for @blvexside

Minji awoke to a sudden very loud beeping sound coming from her living room. It took her a few seconds to understand it was her fire alarm. She wasn’t immediately panicked as she thought it might be just that her batteries died and she needed to replace them. She quickly jumped out of bed; she didn’t want to wake her neighbors and cause any distress to them thinking there was a fire. 

When she got inside her living room she could hear a lot of commotion in the hallway. Startled by this her heart started to beat violently against her chest.Could it be that there really was a fire? She quickly opened her door and saw people running around; frantically calling for people to get out of their rooms and outside. Once a neighbor spotted her he quickly started to push her towards the exit of the building saying something about a neighbor’s kitchen being on fire and they all needed to get out of the building as fast as they could.

So now she was sitting in front of the building in her pajamas; which made it pretty cold as she had no shoes on either while firefighters were running in and out to get this fire out and look at the damage. She silently prayed nothing was ruined too much and that they could all go back inside. 

When she looked up once again she saw another familiar face. She knew he wasn’t living in her unit, but that next to hers. She always greeted him whenever she would see him. The loud sirens must have woken the neighboring unit up as well. “Hey, did all the noise wake you up?”

                         HE HADN’T ALWAYS LIVED IN an apartment like this, for years, six years to be exact he lived on the street as a cat after running away from the orphanage, relying on people taking pity on him to set out food and occasionally take him in. he isn’t sure how long ago had someone finally taken pity on the pretty cat and taken him in, feeding him, petting him, doing things like any other person would to a normal feline. he could always willingly turn back to his normal self but chose not to, scared that the moment he did, the very handsome man-----  hoseok he’d learned, would kick him out. like hell he’d believe him. laying on hoseok’s bed, he curled up in the middle of it like any sane person would, take up as much space as possible. getting this weird feeling in the pit of his stomach, a nauseous feeling washes over him. he isn’t sure what’s happening until he’s realizing that he’s changing back to his human form, forgetting just how uncomfortable the process was. he’s scrambling to grab at the sheets, covering himself up completely. perhaps it isn’t any better when he’s watching hoseok suddenly entering the bedroom, eyes connecting as his heart beats erratically in his chest.   ❛   i-i know what this looks like-----  i swear i’m not some nudiest that managed to get in your apartment, i uhm... this is going to sound crazy but.. that cat you picked up a few weeks ago off the street   ?   th-that’s me. i’m a hybrid.   ❜   ears pulled back in fear, he isn’t sure if he should move or not, the comforter to the bed being the very thing he has around him, no clothes, nothing whatsoever other than his naked form.   ❛   i get if you want to kick me out thinking i’m some crazy freak but i need clothes, then you’ll never see me again, i swear.   ❜

Old Hearts

For five years, Jongdae had been gathering information. The sightings that happened only once a year, how he always asked for help before he disappeared, his usual spots he stayed at. Jongdae finally had enough information to finally, finally, put the old man to rest. And he was determined to help him pass. 

For now, Jongdae was sure he had someone waiting for him. The old man had been married, to the sweetest old lady. They had only been here for a holiday. But somehow they got split up and they both died, one after the other. Which meant that his wife was likely waiting for him on the other side. Or just waiting, somewhere in this town they were in. And he didn’t want the man to suffer being alone any longer. Especially since the older ones deteriorated into madness quicker. 

So in the early morning rains, Jongdae slipped through the crowds toward the spots Old man Lee would appear. He checked the park, searching through the jungle gym and checking the swings, as children ran past and played in the puddles. He checked the newspaper stand, looking at everyone who gathered there, either to stay dry for a moment or to read the news. And the last place was the bench by the bus stop. It was the only place left for him. 

So he was surprised as he approached said bench, seeing two people speaking. An elderly man with thinning hair and a transparent body and another boy. One glance betrayed the old man’s weak spirit, and yet the other spoke to him like he could see him as clear as another human being. 

“Excuse me... Can you see him?” Jongdae asked as he approached, the older ma looking back at him and confirming Jongdae’s suspicions. It was old man Lee. “Can you see this ghost?” He asked the other again.

     if he feels like a nervous wreck, then he must definitely look like one -- hand is constantly running through unkempt curls, mussing up pink locks only to rearrange them into some semblance of order, only to muss them up all over again. the nervous energy coiling through nerves settles in the pit of his stomach and caspar bounces eagerly on the balls of his feet, rolling up onto his tip toes to peer at the couple of individuals in front of him still.

     he’s this close to meeting one of his favorite authors and he feels like he’s going to vibrate out of his skin from the anticipation. caspar’s so busy trying to burn the abundance of nerves coiling through him, so busy trying to soothe those nerves and convince himself to not act like an eager fan and not stumble over his practiced words, that he doesn’t realize he’s standing before hoseok until the other speaks ( greets him ? whatever was said just flew out his ear, dammit ).

     the korean and even english languages fail him in that moment as he stares, wide-eyed, down at the author ; caspar’s jerked into action a mere second later, however, when the security to the side of the table reminds him that the signing is over, that he’s the last person, that he needs to hurry up so the author can take his leave. he fumbles out an embarrassed apology, dropping the book in his hand with too much force, words stuttering past lips, “i-i -- ” deep breath, caspar, don’t make a fool of yourself now.

     “i’m a big fan of yours. i really love reading your books because a lot of ghost whisperers are hoaxes, but i think you’re the real deal. there’s just no way someone can come up with so much detail and intimate facts like you do.” so far so good. “and i just want to say it’s nice, reading about the spirits and what happened to them and why they’re still here. not a lot of books talk about the spirits like they’re still human, they all talk about them as if they’re things to be studied. i guess it makes it easier for them to move on, maybe, and it makes it easier to be able to talk more to them and help them move on for people like me.” nailed it. “just -- yeah, i’m a fan.”

His current human is sitting opposite another male in the cafe, hands fiddling as he breaks the bad news to the other. He takes a long sip from his cup, sighing as he overhears the human tell the young man why they’re breaking up. 

His eyes drift to his watch as he looks at the remaining time he has left to take care of this guy. 9 minutes and he had to do it after the guy finished his breakup. 

A hand slams down and his eyes jerk back to the table, watching as the recipient storms off in a rage. His human huffs, coughing as he tries to take one last sip before pushing his chair back and making his exit. That’s his cue to get up and follow after the human, keeping up the pace, then cutting in front of him.

“Hey, I’m kind of in a rush – would you move?” the human sighs. 

Jaeyoon pressed his lips together as he reached a hand out to touch the young man’s forehead, eyes boring into the other’s. 

“I apologize Kwang-ho, but it’s time. Your doctor missed it, but your heart’s in poor condition – probably due to all the stress with work, school...him,” Jaeyoon murmured, eyes still locked on the human’s. “I wish it could have been another day, another time, but everyone has their time end differently. I promise...it’s all going to be over in a bit.” He watched as the human’s eyes darkened, light disappearing from the irises. There was no struggle from this one – a rarity in his case, but it made things easier for him. 

“Rest easy,” Jaeyoon ordered the human before withdrawing his hand. “I think you should go back to your car, close your eyes, and think about something pleasant.” He stepped to the side to let the human pass, the latter moving at a slow pace toward his car.

Jaeyoon sighed as he watched his assignee move robotically toward the car, unlock it, then open the driver’s seat, sinking into the worn upholstery and closing his eyes. The parking cops would come by soon and would report the guy’s condition, summoning the ambulance only to realize the guy was gone. He tucked his hands into his pockets and prepared himself to leave the scene, turning to see someone looking at him.

--- Slender fingers absently gripped at the handle of the tea cup sitting before him as his sunglass covered eyes shifted along the pages of the book he held in the other hand. Before he could finish his sip, he thought he’d been approached by another one of the staff members, “No, no, I’m f--,” finally glancing up, “Oh, it’s you... Well, that’s okay, too.” Teasingly giving a small shrug of his shoulders, “Care to join me since you’re here?” Closing the book on his lap as he motioned to the open seat on the other side of the table.
