Decided to start on some new examples for my updated commission info! Blue Girl, Supergirl, and my pathfinder rogue Idrina. Now for color... 💀
things are about to get a lot worse here in the states if more stimulus money isn’t given out or if extra unemployment isn’t extended. it doesnt feel right to have commissions open right when this is starting to happen, but a laptop replacement is inevitable. i would just rather do it before it dies while i’m working lol. (which is what happened last time)
so what im trying to say is dont stretch yourselves thin. take care of yourselves first if you were thinking of getting some art from me. i’ll work out the replacement as I go, i’ll be okay for now.
i’ll share prices at the beginning of august for those who are still interested
🌈🌈JUNE 2019 Sketch Commissions are OPEN!🌈🌈
I am taking TEN (10) to start with! If you are interested, please read the information below and contact me at [email protected]!
Prices listed are:
Bust $15
Waist-Up $20
Full Body $25 with each additional character +$10. You may add up to three extra characters for a total of four.
Will Not Draw:
Based off of comfort level and skill level, I will not draw full Mech suits (exceptions may include prosthetics, equipment, and armor), fursonas/kin/anything related, adult content (though I am lenient with suggestive material), content that contains harmful/abusive/racist/homophobic/transphobic/ableist/sexist ect imagery or themes, political themed requests, or content for the purpose of targeting groups that face discrimination.
If you are unsure if your commission request falls into one of these categories, please make it known in the initial request and we can discuss it. I have the right to refuse your business if I feel the need to.
Payment
Payment is accepted through Paypal invoice ONLY. Price paid in full upon agreed specifications at the BEGINNING of the project is appreciated but if it is easier for the commissioner partial payment delivery is acceptable. All payment must be delivered before delivery of final files. Pricing is currently non-negotiable to account for time, skill set, skill level, and USA minimum wage. All payment is to be accepted as USD or be prepared to account for any monetary conversions between countries. If you are worried over payment, please contact me ASAP to try to work out a plan.
Artist’s Legal
Once payment is received and files are delivered they are now yours with the following stipulations:
it is for personal use ONLY unless specified
it must not be used for commercial purposes unless specified and if so, please speak to me for a contract
it must not be sold for personal monetary gain
erasing or removing the artist’s signature will ensure the denial of further business and commissions
any other stipulations may be discussed with initial commission requests but are not required, except for the first four
File delivery
You will receive an email that holds one hi-res jpg for printing and one web-ready jpg if you choose to share on social media. If any other file type is wanted please specify at the beginning when we are discussing your commission! Exceptions of course may apply for the purposes of printing.
*It is possible I may ask to include your commission in a small subset on my artstation portfolio. This may not happen, but if you are asked you can tell me no. Regardless you will be asked first. 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈Thank you! 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈

HAPPY PRIDE YALL FIGHT THE MAN 🌈🌈🌈
Also keep your eyes open later this evening for an informational post about sketch commissions! I’ll be opening ten slots but please don’t contact me until I can give you the updated guidelines! Thanks! ❤️
artists are one of the most patient and kind ppl i ever had interactions w but sometimes i feel like im burdening them when i hv too many ideas/details i want in a comission. do u hv any tips? i hate to feel like im over bearing bc i know you all put in loads of effort and i dont want to seem like a snob.
Hmmm I’ve been on different commissions where I either get too few details or too many, but I think it really depends on the artist. The best piece of advice I can give you is to talk with your commissioner, find out what they’re looking for, and provide what they ask in an organized manner.
For instance if I’m drawing your table top character, based off of the type of commission requested I’ll need at the bare minimum a solid description detailing clothing, weapons, armor, distinguishing characteristics (hair style, scars, freckles, prosthetics, ect). I also encourage people to share any photo references they may have hoarded, whether it’s a pinterest board or a handful of images they keep on their phone. My job is to try to match the character in your head as closely as I can VISUALLY.
One other strong piece of advice I can give you is if your commissioned artist gives you a preliminary sketch (which I personally do), speak up about changes to be made if you see something wrong. Did I draw the armor right? Is the expression kind or fierce enough? The earlier you request a change in the commission, the happier you and your artist will be later in the process. One of the most frustrating things I deal with at my real job is a client coming back with 11th hour changes, so I would encourage you to speak up early rather than get your finished piece and say “this is nice, but-”.
What I don’t need, and please don’t take this as a callus comment, is your character’s entire back story. If it isn’t relevant to creating a visual image, I don’t need it and I probably won’t even look at it. If it affects how your character acts and carries themselves, then yes, tell me so I can get the posture right. But I don’t want to know about how they grew up in a little bog village on the edge of a crumbling empire. Unless, say, they’re a druid who likes to shape change into the swamp thing. If it’s not relevant then it’s not necessary lol.
I hope this helps, but really just talk to your artist. The better you are at communicating the better your commission will turn out.
