Was fully expecting to run in the rain today. So when it didn't happen, there really wasn't any excuse to get in the planned long run for today. . Body wasn't feeling great to start but after the first hour I opened up the stride a bit and focussed on good form which made a big difference. . Overall, felt great and as this is likely the longest run before #BMOVAN in 3 weeks, confidence is high and nothing like feeling like the hay is in the barn. . Speaking of which I first heard that from @melaniestet who just happened to call at me in my last mile coming home.
