After a slew of atmospheric D&B releases in the 1990s Ulrich moved towards his own style of ambient electronica, melding delicate dreampop sensibilities with ecstatic electronic excess, defying the constraints of traditional music genre boundaries. He has released 8 LPs and countless singles, both solo and collaborative and, aside from his own releases and live tours, Ulrich is also a member of electronica legends Tangerine Dream.
