New Noumu

I cant help but note the similiarities of this Noumu to Kurogiri. The whispy shape of his head plus the slanted eyes are reminiscent to the warp gate villain. It’s pretty vague but he could be appearing out of a portal (I mean who wouldn’t notice this thing flying around, a portal could explain his sudden appearance in a city without anyone reporting it).

I’m also noticing a few familiar quirks:

The wings look like Shouji’s dupliarms and it looks like jets are coming out of his back and shoulders, which is reminicenent of Gran Torino’s/The Iida’s quirks.

However we’ve seen wings in a previous Noumu and without more frames/color it’s hard to decipher what’s going on here.

Also the tearing of his muscles is reminds me of Musculars quirk.

If the Noumu does have quirks like the ones mentioned above this guy would be pretty tough to beat, Endeavor may have to resort to making this guy into charcoal. Also how would All For One have gotten these quirks? Ominous
