tiny hc : kakashi has little understanding of trends or even viral, well-known memes. you can shout whichever vine you want at him, he’s got no idea what you are talking about. he is remarkably out-of-touch with his own generation. not to say anything of the younger kids.

but the one thing he really does love to use in everyday messages is kaomoji emoticons. the little wave to say hi ( ･ω･)ﾉ and the dog ◖⚆ᴥ⚆◗ are his favorites.

‘ isn’t that painful? ‘  he realizes the question is probably insensitive just as it leaves his mouth--- presumably, like any other teenager, the kid wouldn’t want a stranger getting nosy over her business. but the question hangs in the air and he is now too late for regrets.

the words made sense, letters right where they should be and words spaced at the correct intervals, but something about willing himself to enter the current number one hero agency on the country, it just felt wrong. 

complete dissonance between what his instincts were yelling him and what he was about to do. it didn’t feel safe. 

already, he was regretting leaving the choice of company to work under to his new superiors ( his new handlers---- he’d be calling them new owners if they hadn’t protested so vigorously when he joked about it the first time---- it’s not his fault his sense of humor is a little twisted, is it? and also it’s not that far off from the truth so it should be fine to say....... ).

the huge logo of the ENDEAVOR agency loomed over his head. his grip on the transfer papers was getting somewhat sweaty as he waited for the nausea to subside. he was going to be late at this rate......... but he didn’t want to go in either. he really didn’t. it was a dilemma for sure.

thinking it through kakashi didn’t have to be worried. nobody was going to arrest him if he walked through those doors. he had already arrested himself, turning himself in was basically just that, and nothing bad had happened. in certain light it might have been his best decision to date.

he’s trying to pump himself up when he catches sight of literal flames incoming from the corner of his eye.

name: hatake kakashi. quirk: [ r e v e r s e ]. occupation: reformed villain.

former yakuza, kakashi was born into the clan and brought up to serve the boss and their interests. his talent eventually attracted the attention of those in the top and his training became even more harsh and intensive.

repentant ex-villain kakashi recruited too-young to know better, indoctrinated since birth. he worked as an assassin for the clan for the longest time, but he begins to doubt the teachings given to him and a year ago he decided to go out on his own and discover the truth by himself. but he is unsure of his footing outside of the rigid parameters of the yakuza.

the hero commission has granted him immunity for past offences since he single-highhandedly defeated the clan and gave them all the information on their back-end dealings---- corruption, blackmail and information needed to blacklist dozens of rogues. but in exchange he has to pass the provisional hero licence exam and intern with a pro hero, who in turn will be in charge of looking after him. he is under acute scrutiny.

on his quirk ' reverse '. he can turn back any attack or technique onto the attacker. mental type quirks he can’t copy but if there's a visual indicator he can deflect them. 

in cases of elemental attacks he can give back exactly the same amount and with the same force but he can’t increase or control the output. basically he forces the other in a impasse because he copies and reflects everything that comes his way and sends it right back. 

it is at this point that his weapons ( daggers in each hand or swift-blade hidden in his pocket ) or hand to hand training come into play as he uses them to gain the upper hand while the other is distracted.
