If anyone ever asked me, "Why do you like #Kpop / Korean music so much?"... Well, not that much. This lady is (actually) the only Korean muse I ever love in my life. I'm a hardcore fan of her. She's the one that bring me into Korean AND even Japanese music. The pretty talented woman that no other performers compare. Her music's color is quite different than any other Korean idols have. I see that she's the only singer that grown big with her own original style, an anti-mainstream singer that no need to adapt to the Kpop-world climate's change. She kept her difference that people could keep remind on her. The forever-young Mrs. KWON BoA ♡ She's back!! Glad to be your fans & supporter. 11 years and still counting~~~~ It was a 'bad memory' when I got to see her on #SMTOWN World Tour 3 in Jakarta. I can't even see her on the stage because I was dying in the crowd. It was actually my first chance to see her directly after years. I hate myself and got anger on those hardcore fans from other fandoms. I really disappointed & regret, but I still believe that someday I could watch her solo concert. 6. That Time She Inspired 15& Jimin And Everyone Else On K-Pop Star

BoA's hardest times were when she debuted at an early age and then immediately began promoting in Japan, alone.

5. That Time Fans Sang "Meri Kuri" During Her Concert

This song was released in Christmas 2004, and in 2005 during her final performances in Japan, fans began singing along to the chorus of the track. BoA, who had felt as an outsider being Korean, finally felt that she was fully welcomed by her Japanese fans and Japan.  In one of her most emotional moments, she cries on stage, with fans singing her song.

She won this award after her manager died, who was one of her closest friends at the time and had been with her through the hardest of her struggles. She left a message for him reading,

I think manager oppa is looking at us smiling because so many people cared about you and your death as if they all know you personally. I will never be with a sad face again. Don't worry. Thank you so much for worrying about me, praising me, and energy to continue with my career. Also I would like to thank to Bo-Yoon unnie who gave me a courage to write this message. And finally, I thank the one who runs this cafe for my manager. 1. That Time She Passed Her First Guerilla Concert In Korea In Korea, guerrilla concerts are a way for singers to promote and prove their popularity. Without notice, BoA was given a place to promote the guerrilla concert, and if a number of attendees did not attend, the concert would be cancelled. 

Because of her impending Japanese debut, she received a lot of anti-fans and was unsure if she could reach her numbers.

When the MC asked her about her anti-fans, she responded, “I tried and prepared as hard as I could before debuting, but maybe it wasn’t enough to satisfy people. I prepared a lot.. but it was really hard of rme to endure at that time”. 

She continues on to say, “I had my own showcase in Japan before debuting, but I could feel the cold eyes of the reporters on me.”

BONUS: This One Isn't Inspiring.. She Gets Scolded By Her Manager!! ㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's easy to forget how young BoA was when she first debuted! Even though she was a K-Pop idol, she was still scolded by her manager!  In this clip, she's drinking water near the expensive sound equipment and gets scolded.

BoAjjang! BoAjjang!

BoA's long awaited Korean comeback finally has a confirmed week! Still no word on a specific day, but we do know that BoAjjangers should be marking the fourth week of July on their calendar. Just shy of a two year hiatus, her last full length Korean album, "Hurricane Venus" was released on August 5 of 2010. With her comeback week marking the start of the 2012 Olympics, one can only wonder as to what SM Entertainment and BoA have up their sleeves. Will the Olympics interfere with BoA's promotions, or will our queen be able to out weigh the high anticipation of the athletic event beginning in London on the 27th? Perhaps this shows BoA's great sense of confidence, as she has demonstrated on her Twitter page countless of times. Are you excited for her comeback?
